Master percussionist V. Selvaganesh hails from a legendary lineage of Chennai musicians. Considered one of the great khanjira (South Indian frame drum) players of his generation, he is also guardian of the konnakol tradition of percussive vocal patterns. Together with an instrumental and vocal ensemble, he infuses precise Carnatic rhythms with contemporary musical forms to spin a mystical experience of exceptional power.

This performance will be followed by a White Light Lounge.
