The Honors Program presents:
Jakub Gaweda attended John Jay college from 2010-2014, where he studied Global History. He then went on to pursue a Master’s Degree at the University of Kent in Canterbury, England. Graduating with distinction, he returned to New York, working as an educator at a number of cultural institutions across the city. He recently became the Education Specialist for Walking Tours at the Tenement Museum.

- Display research elegantly and visually appealing.
- Convey your message and grab your audience’s attention.
- Present your research/creative work at professional conferences.
All R&C Community events are open to the entire John Jay College community!
The John Jay College Research & Creativity Community consists of established programs and initiatives that serve undergraduate and graduate students in their pursuit to conduct in-depth, long-term research or creative projects with faculty. The Community offers research/creative related as well as professional development workshops that are crucial for students’ successful entry into the workforce and competitive Ph.D. programs.
