The advent of COVID-19 changed our world in ways we could not have predicted.  Social distancing is the new normal and gathering parties around a table is not an option.

For mediation, the current public health crisis may signal a tipping point.  Most mediators  are now confronted with the need to provide mediation services in a new way.  Convening meetings, joint sessions, caucuses, document sharing and other essential time honored mediation techniques must rely on online tools.

Join us on April 2nd to learn how to use Zoom and other tools to conduct mediations in a virtual world.  This will be an online experience providing participants with an understanding of how the Zoom platform works, its features, dos and don’ts,  and challenges.
