John McFarland is a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst for New York City Cyber Command. At John Jay, John received his masters degree in Digital Forensics and Cyber Security and an advanced certificate in Terrorism Studies. Before his time at John Jay, John did his undergrad at Brooklyn College in Computer Science. In his free time, he enjoys reading about radicalization and information operations.
 
Professor Adam Scott Wandt is an Assistant Professor of Public Policy and member of the full-time faculty of the Department of Public Management at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He is also a member of the graduate faculty in the Master of Digital Forensics and Cyber Security program and regularly teaches Information Security, Data Communications: Interception, Forensics and Security; and a course examining the role technology plays in the inspection and oversight community, the latter which he has also taught at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
 
Ciara Vitolo is currently a Technology Consultant at Protiviti, a global consulting firm, in New York City where she works with Financial Services clients on Technology Governance and Risk Management projects. Before joining Protiviti, Ciara worked as a Risk Manager at BNY Mellon in New York City. While working full time at BNY Mellon, Ciara was a part time John Jay College graduate student working towards her masters degree in Digital Forensics and Cybersecurity. After graduating from John Jay College in 2019, Ciara earned her Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification. In her free time, Ciara enjoys skiing, traveling, and hiking with her dog.
