NY City Council Member Carlos Menchaca and Prof. Farrin Anello, head of the New York City Bar’s immigration committee, discuss the impact of the debate over “sanctuary cities”—and the future of immigration reform—with Criminal Justice Matters host Stephen Handelman. Juan Carlos Ruiz and Ravi Ragbir of the New Sanctuary Movement discuss their work with undocumented immigrants as well.
