by Dr. Peggilee Wupperman

6 pm to 8:30 pm
(It's OK to arrive late or leave early.)
Room L2.84, NB

Free Food and Refreshments!

Join us for a discussion on the current state of treatment for impulsive/addictive behavior, followed by an overview of strategies to help clients break free of problem behavior and move toward more-fulfilling lives. Mindfulness and Modification Therapy integrates mindfulness practices with elements of motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and other evidence-based approaches. It can be used as a stand-alone treatment or a precursor to more intensive therapy.
