Workshop: Cookin' with Careers
Date: Tuesday, May 19, 2020
Time: 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Description:
Bored of just listening to us talk about Career readiness? Well-- let's change it up and do something fun! Join me for a virtual cooking class while we pepper in some career readiness chit chat!
In this session I will teach you how to make a delicious pasta carbonara while giving you the opportunity to ask any Career questions you may have!
What you will need:
- Pasta of your choice, who cares, whatever you have in your pantry!
- 4 eggs
- 1.5 cups of parmesan cheese
- BACON! (at least 8 slices)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- Fresh ground black pepper (ground pepper is fine if thats all you have, we will adjust portions)
- Fresh parley for garnish- (optional)- ya know-- if you want to make it pretty for the gram
Cookware:
- strainer, or just your pot with a lid
- large pan for frying
- papertowel
- cutting board
- knife
