The discussion with Mr. Bakari Diaby will showcase CADHA’s mission and track-record in Côte d’Ivoire, in changing the culture of the armed and security forces towards respect of human rights and international humanitarian law as a mechanism to end impunity for conflict and post-conflict-related sexual and gender-based violence.
