ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Conflict coaching, also known as conflict management coaching, has grown increasingly in the field of Dispute Resolution, and is being used in a wide range of contexts by mediators, and other conflict specialists. That wasn’t the case 20 years ago when Cinnie Noble, a pioneer of this concept, first created a conflict coaching model. In this webinar, Cinnie will talk about how the process has developed over the years - its many applications and how conflict management practitioners have added this technique to their tool boxes. This presentation will also address a number of concepts about coaching itself, as its own discipline, and the operating principles that are specific to the CINERGY model. These include how coaching, neuroscience and conflict management principles come together to provide a methodology for facilitating clients’ journeys through their interpersonal disputes.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
CINNIE NOBLE is a former lawyer with a Masters of Law in Dispute Resolution, a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Mediator (member of the Academy of Advanced Practitioners /ACR). In 1999, after extensive experiential research, Cinnie developed the CINERGY model of Conflict Management Coaching. She provides her coaching framework worldwide and she and her team also train mediators, facilitators, coaches, lawyers and others in various parts of the world, in this unique model. Cinnie is the author of two coaching books: Conflict Mastery: Questions to Guide You and Conflict Management Coaching: The CINERGY™ Model. |
