Causes, Consequences and Enduring Challenges

The Center on Terrorism at John Jay College is pleased to host a symposium exploring the origins and
impacts of 9/11. In plenary and break-out sessions, expert panelists will address themes of survivorship, the
evolving politics of extremism, and the effectiveness and sustainability of counterterrorism responses.
Alongside faculty and researchers from the Center, featured speakers include:
