Sharon Devonish Leid, CEO of NetStruc PR, Publicity Strategist, Speaker, TV Host, and Author.

Sharon has over 20 years of experience in Public/Community and Media Relations.  Sharon attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice for her Bachelors in Criminal Justice and then returned to get her Masters in Public Administration.

Sharon started her career in the City of New York, Kings County District Attorney's Office.  She began as a community specialist and became the youngest African American non-legal female to hold the Community Relations Bureau's Executive Director.  Once departing the DA's office, she decided to start NetStrucPR in 2015.   When starting her business, her first client, Brookdale Hospital Medical center, decided to hire her as their Community Relations Director and was now promoted to VP for External Affairs and Communications Director for the One Brooklyn Health System.

Sharon is the Founder of Ladies of 3rd Thursday, a monthly business networking organization that provides professional and personal development resources. Ladies of 3rd Thursday helps entrepreneurs and businesses network, find resources to help build their business, and help create business relationships.  Ladies of 3rd Thursday hosts two signature events throughout the year.  A Women Empowerment Awards Ceremony, honoring 31 Business Women for Women's History Month in March and a holiday toy drive and network event in December where the toys are donated to local shelters or community-based organizations.  Each month, the organization hosts panel discussions, workshops, or partners with strategic partners on business conferences throughout the year.

On top of her PR work and Ladies of 3rd Thursday, Sharon does speaking engagements on the Importance of having PR for your brand and why community engagement is beneficial to a business.  She also speaks to college students who are aspiring to be entrepreneurs.

Sharon is a Wife to her business partner and high school sweetheart for over 25 years, a mother to 3 sons, and a passionate individual who loves to help others.
