Indian vocal music “powerhouse” T.M. Krishna (Washington Post) is a visionary traditionalist who mines the past to spark his entrancing innovations. With an ensemble of traditional instruments, the classically trained Chennai native performs ragas spanning centuries, gliding between microtones revelatory to the Western ear. During this sublime evening, Krishna transforms Carnatic music into a pan-cultural phenomenon and pushes poetry beyond words.

This performance will be followed by a White Light Lounge.
There is no late seating.
