The U.S. State Department, Diplomat-in-Residence (DIR) Kyla Brooke.
Kyla is a 17-year career diplomat with the US Foreign Service at the State Department. As the DIR for NY, her role is to support your students in exploring opportunities with the Foreign Service. You can think of her as an access point for you and your students for questions about all things State Department. At State, our hiring needs are as diverse as the people who work here. There are careers in STEM, office management, architecture, administration, and of course, diplomacy.
