The Gerald W. Lynch Theater and John Jay College of Criminal Justice of the City of New York in association with Lincoln Center Education presents:

Soundtrack '63

Soundtrack '63 is a live, multi-media music performance that engages viewers in a cultural and artistic retrospective of the Civil Rights Movement. The show features spirituals, protest songs, and popular music throughout the 20th century performed by an orchestra conducted by Musical Director, Asante’ Amin and a three-channel video installation, consisting of archival footage and animation serves as the backdrop for the songs. Soundtrack '63 breathes new life into the sights and sounds that shaped the music of the Civil Rights Movement.
