How to use Microsoft Teams with Microsoft Link
If you are unable to access the link, you will receive an email the day prior to the workshop to access it.
Use these steps to join via a computer using an Edge or Chrome internet browser (preferred method):
Copy and paste the Teams URL link into your internet browser (Requires: Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome)
Select the option “Continue in this browser” or “Watch on the web instead” depending on your browser
Choose the “Join anonymously” option
Once
you have successfully joined the event you will see “The Live Event
hasn’t started” if you arrive early or you will see the presenter
speaking
Use these steps to join on a smart phone or tablet via the Microsoft Teams application:

Note: If you are on a smart phone or tablet, you will have to download
the Microsoft Teams application otherwise you may have issues joining
Go to your Google Play or Apple App Store on your smart phone or tablet
Search for Microsoft Teams
Download the application
Now that you have installed Microsoft Teams on your smart phone or tablet, click on the Teams URL link in this email
It will open in the mobile/tablet browser and ask to open within the Microsoft Teams Mobile App. Select Open.
You will see an option to “Join as a guest” or “Sign in and join”. Select the “Join as a guest” option
After entering your first name, select “Join Meeting”
Once
you have successfully joined the event you will see “The Live Event
hasn’t started” if you arrive early or you will see the presenter
speaking
