Description:
Ms. Jimenez is the Company’s Director of Legal Affairs. In that
capacity, she negotiates the Company’s real estate leases and lease
renewals and general corporate agreements. She also manages outside
counsel and lends her support and expertise in municipal court
litigation, subpoena research, consumer law and employment law matters.
Her goal is to maintain a proactive focus on the laws regulating the
financial services industry, while mitigating risks for the Company.
Ms. Jimenez began her career fifteen years ago in ground level
operations, managing public/private venture assets and gaining valuable
insight into the legal documentation that supports those obligations on
behalf of global real estate service companies. She provided expertise
in compliance, vendor relations, leasing, and financial management for
multi-million-dollar operational budgets for Class A and Class B
properties in New York and New Jersey.
Ms. Jimenez is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey
and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School of Union
University, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from John
Jay College of the City University of New York. She is an active member
of the New Jersey Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC)
and the Hudson-Bergen Inn of Transactional Counsel.
